Ordering

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. An order is accepted and a contract formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

All products are subject to availability. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store card details.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. We aim to despatch orders within 3–5 working days. Ridgeline uses Printful for fulfilment; delivery times may vary.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs once an order has been despatched.

Returns & Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving goods, without giving a reason, provided items are unworn and in original condition.

Full details of our returns process are available on our Returns & Shipping page.

Intellectual Property

All content on ridgelinemtb.co.uk — including logos, brand marks, photography, and text — is the property of Ridgeline and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ridgeline's liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the version in force at the time of your order.
