Returns & Shipping

Shipping

We ship to the UK and internationally via Printful fulfilment. Shipping details are calculated during the order process. 

Orders are typically despatched within 3–5 working days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order is on its way.

Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email send.it@ridgelinemtb.co.uk with your order number and reason. We'll send you a return label.

UK returns are free of charge. International returns are at the customer's cost unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges, but please get in touch to see if we can help.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at send.it@ridgelinemtb.co.uk. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
